2daysimageDoctor Gardner, Ph.D., and colleagues at Stanford University recently conducted a study of 311 women, all of whom were overweight or obese.

The study was called “The A to Z Weight Loss Trial” because it was designed to test all the most popular diets –from A to Z –to see if they worked.

Each of the 311 women was randomly assigned to one of four diets: The Atkins Diet, The Zone Diet, the LEARN Diet or the Ornish Diet.

To start the study, each woman was given a copy of the popular diet book that she was randomly assigned to follow.

Then, to make absolutely sure each woman was an “expert” on her particular diet, they all attended a series of 8 hour long classes which painstakingly explained every detail of the diet and how to follow it—to ensure no errors were made—before starting on their randomly chosen diet.

After reading the diet books & attending the 8 courses the women then followed their assigned diet plan for a total of 1 year, with researchers recording their results.

If you have ever tried dieting … you can probably guess what happened next because you have probably experienced it yourself!

Everyone lost a lot of weight the first two months because they followed the diets correctly …

Then, after a few months of struggling to follow the eating plans … the weight loss slowed … and after an entire year of painful dieting … NONE of the groups averaged more than 10 pounds of weight loss!

Why Do Virtually ALL Popular Diets
Completely FAIL Those Of Us
Who Want To Lose Weight?

It’s because ALL diets are extremely HARD to follow!

In fact, in a study published in the International Journal of Obesity titled “Dietary adherence and weight loss success among overweight women: results from the A to Z weight loss study” researchers re-examined the A to Z weight loss trial to see if all the women correctly followed the diets they were assigned for the full year.

They found what you and I already know:

Because diets were so hard to follow, only ONE subject in the ENTIRE study followed the diet as directed for the whole 12 months. (Of course, this one subject was much more successful at losing weight than all the others).

This means all 310 of the other women in the study “cheated” on their diet because it was too hard to follow – and that was the reason they did not reach their weight loss goals!

Once again, if you’ve ever tried dieting—this is not a surprise to you!

You and I both know that it’s easy to follow a diet for a few days, when you first start it … but after the first few weeks it becomes harder and hard to keep it up …

Losing Weight Would Be Easy
If Diets Were Not So Hard To Follow Long Term!

If you’re like myself and millions of other failed dieters, it’s EASY to lose weight when you first start a diet because it’s EASY to change the way you eat—if it’s just for a few days.

The research shows even the most restrictive diet in the world would be easy to follow … if … you only had to follow it for a short period of time!

That’s why several remarkable studies in the The Journal of Applied Physiology, Journal of the American College of Nutrition, British Journal of Nutrition, and The Journal of Applied Physiology, are so exciting for people who are looking for a weight loss solution that works!

What If You Could Lose All The Weight You Wanted
By Only “Dieting” 2 Days Per Week?

And what if instead of a very restrictive diet – which was very hard to follow – you only had to change ONE thing about the way you eat on those 2 “diet” days?

Even more simple: What if you only had to change the TIMING of when you ate your meals?

Surely you could EASILY follow a diet plan that simple, right?

That’s it. Just two days per week … Now that would make dieting EASY!

According to scientists, researchers and the latest cutting edge metabolic studies …
